Our team works hard and plays hard. We are enjoying the amazing outdoors and some long awaited sunshine.

Geotechnical Engineering Services

Our geotechnical services encompass a thorough analysis and investigation of potential project sites, covering soil, groundwater, and hazard monitoring, as well as due diligence. Our expertise ranges from small-scale residential to large and multi-story commercial, industrial, and residential projects, offering comprehensive analysis of existing project sites. During the construction phase, we conduct geotechnical observations to ensure design compliance with plans, specifications, and design recommendations, catering to both public and private clients.

Civil Engineering Services

Our civil engineering services support the geotechnical group by designing utility placement and earthwork for commercial and residential land development projects. We specialize in redesigning existing site conditions to meet municipal requirements with cost-effective solutions. Additionally, we offer construction recommendations to ensure the accurate implementation of designs, which are recorded through As-Builts.

Environmental Consulting Services

True North Engineering provides site investigation phase 1, 2 and 3 environmental site assessments (ESAs) per ASTM, including remedial investigations to assess contaminated materials and the extent of hazardous substances on the property and surrounding areas. This involves reviewing available historical records, conducting soil and groundwater sampling, and working with regulatory agencies to meet environmental requirements.

“The responsiveness and thorough nature of True North is un-matched. We return to them time after time as they take all the guesswork out of the equation, bill fairly and don’t screw up.”
