Environmental Consulting Services
Local | On time | Experienced
With over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting and a passion for rocks and history, we know the importance of hiring a dependable, certified, and responsive Pacific Northwest based company with local soil expertise. We’ll guide you through every step of the process, leveraging our deep understanding of local regulations and environmental conditions to achieve better outcomes for both the community, the environment and your project.
Our Approach
-
Phase 1
We conduct Enviromental Site Assessment (ESA) and report out on risks facing real estate developments. The ESA must adhere to ASTM Standard E1527-21 and the All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) requirements to protect purchasers of commercial property.
-
Phase 2
The purpose of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is to identify the presence of harmful substances in soil, soil vapor, groundwater, surface water, and indoor air. We also help evaluate environmental, health, and financial risks, and may involve geophysical surveys and lab testing of soil and groundwater samples.
-
Phase 3
Phase 3 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) involves removing contaminated soil from a site. It is governed by federal, state, and local laws, primarily CERCLA (Superfund) and RCRA, to protect health and the environment. The goal is to receive a “No Further Action” letter, aiding in property transfers, financing, or redevelopment.
